NRG Clinic offers several options, chosen by your provider after reviewing your labs, history and preferences:

• Testosterone injections (usually once or twice weekly)
• Testosterone cream (applied once daily)
• Testosterone troches and oral options
• Enclomiphene or clomiphene, for men who want to support their own testosterone production

All three deliver testosterone. They differ in how you take them: injections go into a muscle or under the skin, cream is rubbed into the skin, and troches dissolve in your mouth. Medications ship from the pharmacy in discreet, unmarked packaging directly to your door. Shipping is included in your medication price. Orders usually ship within five to seven business days of payment, and the pharmacy texts you the tracking number.

Results vary, but a general timeline looks like this:

• Days 3 to 14: first lift in energy, slight libido lift, marginal sleep improvement
• Weeks 3 to 6: noticeable libido and sexual performance, clearer thinking, improved mood
• Weeks 12 to 16: muscle strength and mass start to climb, body fat begins to drop, endurance improves
• Months 5 to 6: visible physical changes, leaner look, firmer musculature, cognitive gains consolidate

Follow-up labs are $109 for men and $124 for women at Labcorp. The price includes a clinician consult, which is used to review your labs, monitor trends, review your symptoms and answer questions about other medications.
