Two Ways to Pay

You can pay for each item when you need it, or pay one set amount each month. Both options use the same medications and the same providers.

Pay As You Go

You buy medication when you need a refill and pay for follow-up labs when your provider orders them. This suits men who want to pay only for what they use, when they use it.

Total Care Monthly Plan

One monthly payment covers your medication, your provider follow-up visits and the follow-up labs your provider requires. You can stop after your second payment. Total Care is a payment plan, not a membership.

Total Care PlanMonthly PriceIncluded
Testosterone injections$230 first payment, then $85 a monthMedication, supplies, follow-up visits and follow-up labs
Testosterone cream$105 a month after the first paymentMedication, follow-up visits and follow-up labs
Enclomiphene$120 a month after the first paymentMedication, follow-up visits and follow-up labs

Follow-Up Labs and Visits

After you start, your provider orders follow-up labs, usually at six to eight weeks and then about every six months. Follow-up labs and the visit to review them cost $109 together at Labcorp, or $144 with the performance markers added. On a Total Care plan, these are already included.

What Is Not Included

  • Optional add-on medications such as gonadorelin or HCG, which some men use to support fertility. These are priced separately, and your provider will tell you if one applies to you.
  • Blood draws at Quest Diagnostics, which are available for an additional charge.
  • A mobile phlebotomist for an at-home blood draw, which is booked and paid through a third-party service.

Insurance, HSA and FSA

NRG Clinic does not bill insurance. We accept HSA and FSA cards, and every invoice comes with an itemized superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Read more in Does NRG Clinic Take Insurance?
