1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NRG Clinic. These Purchase Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from NRG Clinic or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services or make a purchase.

2. Telehealth Services and Provider Relationship

NRG Clinic is a management company that facilitates telehealth services provided by Energy Virtual Medical PA, a licensed medical practice. Energy Virtual Medical PA employs licensed physicians and healthcare practitioners who conduct medical consultations and make clinical treatment decisions.

NRG Clinic does not practice medicine, employ medical providers, or make clinical decisions. Before any prescription or medication can be issued, you must complete a consultation with a licensed healthcare provider affiliated with Energy Virtual Medical PA. This consultation ensures that any recommended medication is appropriate for your individual health situation.

3. No Guarantee of Prescription Issuance

Your payment for a consultation or service does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The licensed provider conducting your consultation will evaluate your medical history, symptoms, and health status to determine whether a prescription is medically appropriate. The provider has full discretion to recommend alternative treatments, request additional information, or decline to issue a prescription based on their professional judgment.

4. Products and Compounding Pharmacy

NRG Clinic offers compounded prescription skincare and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) medications. All medications are custom-compounded by Strive Pharmacy, an FDA-registered compounding facility. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for each individual patient based on a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.

Compounded medications are not evaluated by the FDA in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs. However, Strive Pharmacy maintains strict quality standards and complies with all applicable pharmacy regulations.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will display current pricing at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Energy Virtual Medical PA to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Pricing for consultations and medications may vary based on location, provider, and medication complexity. VIP membership discounts, if applicable, will be reflected at checkout.

6. Shipping and Handling

Medications are shipped from Strive Pharmacy. Standard shipping costs $25 and is available for most medications. Cold ship (refrigerated) service costs $35 and is required for temperature-sensitive products such as certain HRT formulations.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, and current demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions. Once a medication has been dispensed from Strive Pharmacy, tracking information will be provided.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final once a medication has been compounded by Strive Pharmacy. Due to the custom nature of compounded medications and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after compounding has begun.

For unshipped orders, refunds may be issued upon request. Please contact us at customerservice@nrgclinic.com or (866) 485-8218 as soon as possible. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the fulfilling pharmacy to resolve the issue in accordance with their policies.

8. VIP Membership Plans

NRG Clinic offers VIP membership plans to provide discounts and benefits on medications and services:

Advantage Plan: $299 per year

Superhuman Plan: $399 per year

VIP memberships are auto-renewing annual subscriptions. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel your VIP membership, contact us at customerservice@nrgclinic.com or (866) 485-8218. Cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership period.

9. Geographic Limitations

NRG Clinic’s telehealth services are currently available only to residents of the following states: California (CA), Delaware (DE), Florida (FL), Kansas (KS), Maryland (MD), Nevada (NV), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), Texas (TX), Utah (UT), and Virginia (VA).

If you are not located in one of these states, you are not eligible to use our services or purchase medications. We reserve the right to verify your location and cancel orders placed from ineligible states.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NRG Clinic’s services and purchase medications. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

11. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

Your personal health information and privacy are protected. Energy Virtual Medical PA is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and maintains strict confidentiality of all patient information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your health information as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for your medical consultation and prescription fulfillment.

12. Limitation of Liability

NRG Clinic and Energy Virtual Medical PA are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRG Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or use.

In no event shall the total liability of NRG Clinic exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

NRG Clinic reserves the right to modify these Purchase Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
