NRG Clinic SMS Texting Terms of Service
We text our customers to communicate important information regarding our services and medications. If at any point you do not want text messages you can simply reply STOP.
By opting in to NRG Clinic’s SMS Texting program, you agree to the following terms of service:
Consent
You consent to receive text messages from NRG Clinic, including but not limited to offers, marketing or protected health information (PHI) such as appointment reminders, prescription refills, and order details.
Opt-In
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from NRG Clinic. You can opt-out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Message and data rates
You acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Please consult your mobile carrier for details.
Frequency
You understand that NRG Clinic may send messages once per week or as needed for information on your treatment plan.
Opt-Out
To opt-out of the program, reply STOP to any message. You will not receive any further messages from NRG Clinic after opting out.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your mobile number or any other personal information with third parties without your consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time or to change these terms of service without prior notice.

Acceptance
By providing your mobile number and opting in to NRG Clinic’s SMS texting program, you acknowledge and accept these terms of service.
Security
You understand that SMS text messaging is not considered a secure form of communication for PHI, and that NRG Clinic will take appropriate measures to ensure that the PHI communicated via SMS text messaging is kept confidential and secure to the extent possible.
HIPAA Compliance
You acknowledge that NRG Clinic is committed to complying with HIPAA regulations and will take reasonable steps to ensure that PHI communicated via SMS text messaging is kept confidential and secure to the extent possible. However, you understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of SMS text messaging for healthcare communications and that NRG Clinic cannot guarantee the security of messages transmitted via SMS text messaging.
