The sign-up cost includes an industry-leading, comprehensive initial lab panel and a complimentary 30-minute consultation with one of our clinicians (45 minutes for female patients, as more detailed review is required). Patients may either provide recent labs (within the past 90 days) or choose to complete lab testing through us.

What labs are included in your blood panel?

The initial HRT lab includes a comprehensive blood panel performed at any Labcorp location, as well as a free consultation with our clinician to determine eligibility for prescribed medication.

Once I sign up and choose a plan, how long until I receive my medication?

Once you sign up, you’ll immediately receive a lab requisition to visit any Labcorp location. You can go as soon as you’re available. After your lab work is completed—which takes a few business days—you’ll be notified to schedule a consultation with a provider to review your results. Once approved, your medication will be shipped to your door within 5–7 business days. The overall timeline depends on how quickly you complete each step, but most patients receive their medication within 7–10 days.

How is the medication shipped?
